He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene F. Kelley and Dorothy E. Kelley; and his son Paul Kelley. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Kelley; his children, John E. Kelley, Jr., Tina Ann Greene (Bryan) and Melanie Kelley; his siblings, Regina Kelley, Myra Kapoulas (George) and George Kelley; and his grandsons, Christopher, Trevor and Alexander John.
