He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse John and Gertrude Theresa Slemmer, Sr.; his wife Doris Slemmer; his daughter Linda D'Archangelo; and his siblings, Carol Ann Slemmer, Bruce Slemmer and William Slemmer.
He is survived by: his children, Jesse J. Slemmer, III (Nancy), Lisa Bennett (Chris) and Gary Slemmer; his brother Robert Slemmer (Carole); his sister-in-law Mireya Fuertes; his grandchildren, Scott Bennett, Jeffrey Bennett, Nicole Lentz, Mark Lentz, Gary Slemmer, Jr., Kyle Slemmer, Dana Slemmer and Nina Slemmer; his great grandchild Ivan Lopez; and his grandchildren, Gianni Lopez, Timothy Lentz, Clara Lentz, Adalyn Lentz, Isaac Lentz and Elijah Lentz. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
