She was predeceased by: her husband Edward H. Grimm Sr.; her son Edward H. Grimm Jr.; her parents, Salvatore Folino and Antoinette Folino; and her sisters, Catherine Mercogliana and Mary Albanese.
She is survived by: her daughter Gina O'Brien (Scott); her daughter-in-law Maria Grimm; her grandchildren, Kristen Gallagher (Vincent), Edward H. Grimm III (Allison) and Gia Marie Prestipino (Nick); her great grandchildren, Vincent, Dominic and Nicholas Gallagher; and her siblings, Martha Ingling and Santino Folino (Gerri).
