She was predeceased by: her parents, Dominic Errera and Edith Errera. She is survived by: her husband Frank Alan Gargano; her children, Craig (Stacey) and Kara Wallace (Mark); her grandchildren, Jake, Kyle, Kevin, Brooke and Mia; and her siblings, Bobbi (Butch), Patti (Bill) and Donny (Debbie).

In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations be made in Jackie's name to St. Jude's Children's Hospital 262 Danny Thomas Pl, Memphis, TN 38105.
