He was predeceased by: his parents, Lavell Green and Betty Green; his son Dennis Lavell Leonard (Jaime); his brother Steve; and his son Robert Cameron.
He is survived by: his daughter Heather Aileen (Michael); his wife Debbie; and his siblings, Dayna, Tim (Susan), Mark (Wendy) and Shelly (Darren). He is also survived by twelve grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
