He was predeceased by: his parents, Pasquale Ripa and Josephine Ripa; his wife Yvonne; and his siblings, Saddie, Nuncie, Johnny, Vincent, Marie and Catherine.
He is survived by: his daughters, Rochelle Penza (Chuck Wible) and Robin Ripa (Vic Rovani Jr.); his grandchildren, Louis Penza, Jr. (Rosie Perez) and Morgan Repasy (Matthew); and his son-in-law Louis Penza Sr..
Viewing was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Marinella Funeral Home, Inc. (102 N 3rd St, Hammonton, NJ 08037). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Mary of Mt. Carmel Parish - St. Joseph (126 French St, Hammonton, NJ 08037). A burial was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Greenmount Cemetery (124 S 1st Rd, Hammonton, NJ 08037).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Charles's memory to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
