With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Barton D. Gelles of Hammonton, New Jersey, born in Atlantic City, New Jersey, who passed away on August 26, 2023 at the age of 65. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Gelles and Joy Gelles. He is survived by: his wife Deborah (Amedio); his son Dane; his siblings, David Gelles (Marina) and Kimberly DeMaggio (Edward); his nieces, Erica, Brooke and Francesca; and his nephew Jeffery.

Donations may be made in Bart's name to the American Kidney Fund or the Hammonton Independent Volunteer Fire Company #2.
