It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Anna Marie L. Whitmyer (Hammonton, New Jersey), born in Camden, New Jersey, who passed away on April 3, 2025, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Theodore "Ted" Whitmyer; her parents, Albert "Herb" Chiumento and Anna Chiumento; and her brother Herby Chiumento. She is survived by: her daughter Kristin Whitmyer (Rory O'Connor) of Ocean City, NJ; her sister-in-law Diane Chiumento; her grandson Joseph "Jet" Thompson; and her nieces and nephews, Denean Chiumento, Danny Chiumento (Chrissy) and Christine Todd (Tony).
Viewing was held on Thursday, April 10th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Marinella Funeral Home, Inc. (102 N 3rd St, Hammonton, NJ 08037). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Thursday, April 10th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Mary of Mt. Carmel Parish - St. Joseph (126 French St, Hammonton, NJ 08037). A burial was held on Thursday, April 10th 2025 from 12:45 PM to 1:15 PM at the St. James Lutheran Cemetery (1341 Mays Landing Rd, Hammonton, NJ 08037).
