With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Althea B. Vaughn of Hammonton, New Jersey, born in Glenview, Illinois, who passed away on August 8, 2023 at the age of 98. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Althea B. Vaughn to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Helen Saunders and Edward Saunders; her sister Emily McHenry; her grandson Daniel Taraschke; and her son-in-law Duke Taraschke (John W. Vaughn).
She is survived by: her daughters, Charlotte Taraschke, Donna Artz (Alan Artz) and Deborah Vaughn Wright (Scott Wright); her grandchildren, John Taraschke (Chris), Mary Jo Spack, Michael Taraschke, Amy Hulslander (Michael) and Matthew Taraschke (Aruna); and her husband John Vaughn. She is also survived by 7 great grandchildren, her quick wit, love of family and friends.
