He was predeceased by: his father Pasquale F. D'Agostino. He is survived by: his girlfriend Stephanie Tustin; his children, Dominic D'Agostino and Sophia D'Agostino; his mother Tilde D'Agostino; his siblings, Joseph D'Agostino (Ashley), Maria Galletta and Colomba D'Agostino; and his nieces and nephews, Brianna, Caitlyn, Billy and Aria. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
