With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Karla A. Bhend of Hamilton, New Jersey, born in Newark, New Jersey, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Karla left this world on March 24, 2025 at the age of 74, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George Yuknus and Mary Yuknus; her husband Frederick W. Bhend Jr.; and her brother George M. Yuknus. She is survived by: her brother Joseph (Denise); her children, Michael (Amy Jo), Lauren (Christopher), Salvatore (Eric) and Deena (Richard); her grandchildren, Michael, Vincent, Frank, Calli and Hope; and her pet Leo. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews; her great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 2nd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Saul Colonial Home (3795 Nottingham Way, Hamilton Township, NJ 08690).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Karla's memory to St. Gregory the Great Roman Catholic Church, 4620 Nottingham Way, Hamilton Square, NJ.
