She was predeceased by: her husband Gerald R. Welsh, Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Gerald Richard Welsh, Jr., Rosemary of Quakertown, PA, Edward Lawrence Welsh, Laura of Rock Spring, GA and Ralph Francis Welsh of Trenton, NJ; and her brothers, Alan Turnello (Gloria) of El Paso, TX and Jack Turnello (Bud Nocar) of Florida. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren.
