Dzugan (Hamilton Township, New Jersey), born in Jersey City, New Jersey, who passed away on August 30, 2019, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Dzugan and Catherine Dzugan (Zak). He is survived by: his wife Leona Rosso; his children, Rose Marie and William Joseph; and his siblings, Rosemary, Edmund Mason, Katherine, Barry Szymanski, David, Marissa Dzugan, Suzanne, Douglas Keenan, Kevin and Rayne Dzugan. He is also survived by his eleven nieces and nephews.
