Roman Kuzyk Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Roman Kuzyk (Hamilton Township, New Jersey), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 19, 2025 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Dmytro Kuzyk and Daria Kuzyk. He is survived by: his wife Natalia; his children, Hrad, Raya and Tamara; his son-in-law Nick; his grandson Victor; his brother Volodar; and his sister-in-law Zirka.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Saul Colonial Home (3795 Nottingham Way, Hamilton Township, NJ 08690). A prayer was held on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 7:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Saint Josaphat Ukrainian Church (1195 Deutz Ave, Hamilton Township, NJ 08611). A burial was held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 1:15 PM at the Saint Andrew Ukrainian Orthodox Memorial Church Cemetery (280 Main St, South Bound Brook, NJ 08880).
The family kindly requests that in lieu of flowers, those wishing to memorialize Roman contribute to the Ukrainian National Home of Trenton, Revived Soldiers Ukraine, or a Ukrainian church of their choice.
