She was predeceased by: her parents, Santiago Castro and Juanita Castro; her husband Luis Castro; her son David; and her sisters, Nilda, Gladys, Sylvia and Miriam.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Castro and Cynthia Castro (Kenneth); her grandchildren, Alexis, Gianna McClure, Mackenzie, Isabella, Miles and Melissa Castro; her great grandchildren, Nikolai and Scarlett; her brother Sigfredo Castro; her brother-in-law Nelson Cabrera; her niece Clarissa; her nephew Jason; and her great-nieces, Ariel, Cassidy and Eren.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Cellini Funeral Home (2365 Whitehorse Mercerville Rd, Hamilton Township, NJ 08619). A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Our Lady of Sorrows Church (3816 E State St, Hamilton Township, NJ 08619). A committal service was held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the St. Mary's Cemetery (1200 Cedar Ln, Trenton, NJ 08610).
