He was predeceased by: his parents, Wallace Jenkins and Alice Jenkins; his siblings, Wallace, Russell Jenkins, Alma Johnson and Alice Bugbee; his children, Gary Jenkins and Kim Summers; and his grandchildren, Jayme Russo, Benjamin Moore and Taylor Summers.

He is survived by: his wife Patricia D. Jenkins of Hamilton Township; and his children, Debbie Julian (Paul) of Georgetown, KY, Gavin Jenkins of Hamilton Twsp and Amy Moore (Patrick) of Hamilton Twsp. He is also survived by his brother Wallace's family of 5 children.
