She was predeceased by: her parents, Umile Locco and Carmela Tito Locco; and her siblings, John Locco, Anthony Locco and Connie Vitella.
She is survived by: her husband Samuel Ortiz; her children, Gerry M. Rojy (Thomas J.) and James E. Hawkins; her grandson Austin Hawkins; and her siblings, Louis Locco (Emilia), Daniel Locko (Christine), Umolo D. Locco and Lucy Levandusky (Richard). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, cousins and friends.
