He was predeceased by: his parents, Antonio Casale and Saveria Cichelli Casale; his sister Marie Ranger; and his former wife Ann E. Radice Casale. He is survived by: his daughter Alicia A.; his son-in-law Vincent H. Graziano; his sons, Girard A. Casale (Ramona J. Seiber) and Mario A. Casale, II (Gina Casale); his sisters, Rae Riveria and Louise Shane; and his grandchildren, Rosalie, Adrianna, Vincent Mario Graziano and Gianna M. Casale (Sheila Viglianno). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
