She is survived by: her children, Joseph (Tricia), Angela and Frank; her grandsons, Mario, Nicholas and William; her nieces, Lisa Bruno and Dina Fazio; her nephew Jason Fazio (Barbara); her close friend Patricia Cicogna (Clifford); and her caregiver Tricia Condurso.
