She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert C. Carney and Loretta Szwedo (Szwedo); her brothers, Robert (Kathy Carney) and John Carney; and her siblings-in-law, George Edwards, Dayna Browne, Judy VanMorter and Dawn Buckley.
She is survived by: her husband Walter G. Edwards of North Hanover; her children, Dr. Michelle Edwards (David Edmeades) of Tucson, AZ and Matthew Edwards (Jackie) of Cookstown, NJ; her grandchildren, Ethan Walter Edwards and Ava Claire Edwards; and her siblings, Janice Edwards, Sharon Carney, Clint Carney (Donna Stewart), Michele DeFilippo (Nick), Christine Carney, Thomas Carney and Peggy. She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and friends.
