She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernard James and Iris Lawn James. She is survived by: her husband Richard D. Churchman; her sons, Richard D. Churchman, Jr., Stacy Konrad and Christopher J. Churchman (Rachel); her grandchildren, Richard, Ryan, Kelcie and Jayden; and her brother-in-law Bill Churchman (Josephine).
