Worthington (Hamilton Township, New Jersey), born in Trenton, New Jersey, who passed away on December 3, 2018, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her parents, Frederick Povia and Helen Hutmann Fischer Povia; her stepfather William "Bill" Povia; her daughter Lynn C. Zamparelli; her son-in-law Allan Zamparelli; her grandchild Jaime Zamparelli Abramov; her husband Ronnie; her great grandchildren, Danna, Ari Abramov, Mason and Jaxson Zamparelli; her sister Rita Blum; and her nephews, Ralph, Rick and Randy Blum. She is also survived by spouses, and many other nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family request memorial contributions be made in her name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
