He was predeceased by: his parents, Col. Earl Osborne and Marion Kearney; his brother John; and his sister-in-law Elizabeth. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann; his children, Robert (Riannan) and Meredith Rivera (Eric); his grandchildren, David, Alex Rivera (Chancey), Thomas, Penelope, Claire and Amelia Osborne; his siblings, Peter, Michael and Holly Straight (Jay); and his sister-in-law Carol Russomanno. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Joseph's Catholic Church (47 Depaul St, Emmitsburg, MD 21727).
