She was predeceased by: her brother Gregory. She is survived by: her daughters, Rachel, Lauren Griffin, Staci Caruso and Samantha Pica; her sons-in-law, Bert Griffin, Anthony Caruso and Anthony Pica; her grandchildren, Mason Caruso, Riley Griffin, Savannah Caruso, Calvin Griffin and Marcus Pica; her sister Julie Minerva; her brother-in-law Gregory; her goddaughter Christine LeVesque (Jason); and also, Ryan and Emerson.

Rachel always said that flowers should be given to loved ones while alive and well, and we are honoring her request that no flowers be sent. Or, you may donate to your favorite charity in her honor, as Rachel would.
