She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Masciale and Angela Masciale (Acquafredda); and her husband Nicholas DiMaria. She is survived by: her daughters, Rosanne Scandura, Janet (Michael Somma), Joan (Peter Palestina) and Angela (Jay Creighton); her grandchildren, Bruce, Melissa, Michael, Peter, Danielle, Jason, Nicholas and David; her great grandchildren, Matthew, Sean and Carmella; and her sister Mary Massina.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Carmela's memory to Our Lady of Sorrows-St. Antony Parish, 3816 East State St. Ext., Hamilton NJ or Masses to be said in her memory.
