He was predeceased by: his wife Joan C. Smith. He is survived by: his daughters, Theresa Flynn (Patrick) and Joan Gutkowski (Robert); and his grandchildren, Amanda Coccaro (Anthony) and Robert Gutkowski. He is also survived by siblings and is survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
