He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Penny (Doris); his children, Emanuel Skounakis (Leisys) of Vernon and Dr. Andreas Skounakis (Yvannova Montalvo) of Fairfield; his grandchildren, Mackenzie, Michael, Ilias, Maia, Christian Skounakis, Cynthia and Catherine Huhn; and his siblings, George Skounakis of Australia, Kostas of Greece, Antonis Skounakis of Greece and Nikki Soilentakis of Greece.
