She was predeceased by: her parents, Johan Pilaar and Josina Pilaar; her siblings, Johan Pilaar, Willem Pilaar and Josina Faber (John Faber); and also Craig Pilaar.
She is survived by: her siblings, Dingeman Pilaar (Martha) and Casper Pilaar (Mardelle); and also, Garry Faber (Kathy, family: John Faber, Pat Damiano, Bernadene Stammer), Richard Vilaboy (Michele, family: Michael Vilaboy, Suzie Birch, Bonnie Jean Diamond, Joelyn Mayo) and Eric Pilaar (Mary). She is also survived by Her family includes 11 nieces and nephews, 23 great nieces and nephews.
