He was predeceased by: his sons, Michael and David; his parents, Michael Turkousky and Laurene Turkousky; and his siblings, Michael and Margaret Zimmerman.
He is survived by: his wife Lillian; his children, John J. Turkousky, Jr. of Wayne, Kimberly Ann (David Hewitt) of North Haledon, NJ and Kelly Laurene (Stephen Daidone) of Hawthorne, NJ.; his grandchildren, Jenna, John Turkousky, III, Tyler, Emily Hewitt, Stephen and Sophia Daidone; and his sister Sandra Caruso.
