John Block Jr. Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John Block Jr. of Haledon, New Jersey, who passed away on September 14, 2024 at the age of 92. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of John Block Jr. to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Block, Sr. and Elda Block (Strobino); and his grandson Steven. He is survived by: his wife Arlene; his children, Lisa Czajka and John Block, III (Patricia) of Haledon; and his grandchildren, John IV, Patrick, Danielle and Ashley.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 30th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Vander Plaat-Vermeulen Memorial (530 High Mountain Rd, Franklin Lakes, NJ 07417). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, October 1st 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, October 1st 2024 at the Laurel Grove Memorial Park (295 Totowa Rd, Totowa, NJ 07512).
