He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Eunice Baires (Leiva); his children, Javier Baires (Fadia) of Georgia and Fatima Calle (Nestor); his grandchildren, Xavier Baires, Kayla Baires, Tasneem Baires, Emily Calle and Maxwell Calle; and his siblings, Teresa Ruiz, Gladys Baires, Carlos Baires, Consuelo Contreras, Martha Montoya, Griselda Gutierrez, Elsie Baires, Milagro Palumbo, Roberto Baires, Manuel Baires, Jose Baires and Alfredo Baires. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, April 25th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Festa Memorial Funeral Home (111 Union Blvd, Totowa, NJ 07512). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the St. Gerard RC Church (501 W Broadway, Paterson, NJ 07522). A burial will be held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 at 10:45 AM at the Holy Sepulchre Cemetery (52 Totowa Rd, Totowa, NJ 07512).
