He is survived by: his wife Patricia Ann Brown of Hainesport, NJ; his children, Richard Brown and Barbara Rutland; his granddaughters, Sara Brown and Samantha Brown; his stepchildren, Regina Mutschler (Chase), Valerie Distasio, Vanessa Sturtevant and Raymond Sturtevant; his stepgrandchildren, Jason and Nicole Mutschler; and his daughter-in-law Loretta Palmer (late Richard).
