He was predeceased by: his parents, William J. Berger and Marie Berger. He is survived by: his wife Dolores M.; his children, Donna Walker, Daniel (Renee), Denise Huelster (Thomas) and Dolores Berger (Richard Mallonee); his grandchildren, April, Christopher, Sarah, Danielle and William; and his great grandchildren, Nathan, Lila and Carter.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Joseph's name to Our Lady Queen of Peace Church at the above address.
