She was predeceased by: her husband Paul Barberio; and her son Christopher Aimers. She is survived by: her children, Deborah Aimers, Patricia Polino, Thomas Aimers (Deborah) and Jacqueline Reiss (Samuel); her grandchildren, Michael, Jessica, Matthew, Alison, Alyssa, Julia, Lauren and Melanie; her great grandchild Troy Aimers; and her sister Michele Iesu (Anthony).
