He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford P. Smith and Pauline Smith; and his sister Maryann Black. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Mansur; his children, JamieLee Smith, Michele Lynne Smith, James Wade Smith and April Lynn Mansur; his grandchildren, Morgan Stroup, Michael Massimo, Mason Cashman, AJ Simon, Thora Stockwell and Emily Dixon; and his brothers, Robert Smith (Jacqueline) and David Smith.
