He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Delores; his children, Alison G. Funk of Logan Twp, NJ and Stacey F. Berardi (Bruce) of Walnut Creek, CA; his grandchildren, Caleb Funk, Ryan and Kris Berardi; and his brother Richard Funk (Barbra).
