He was predeceased by: his parents, Elizabeth Ann and John J. Kelley; his wife Susan Frances McGinn; and his brother Robert Terrence Kelley. He is survived by: his brother Richard Paul Kelley of Brooklyn; his niece Jennifer Kelley of Halfmoon; his nephews, Daniel John Kelley of Brooklyn and Timothy Patrick Kelley of San Diego; his great-nephew Evan Sweeney of Halfmoon; and his great-niece Frances Esther Kelley of Brooklyn.
