She was predeceased by: her husband John W. Douglas; and her siblings, Harold Swartz and Donna Anton. She is survived by: her sister Sharon Folkerth; and her children, Walter, Arthur Douglas, Linda Gaffney (Don Eastburn) and Barbara Douglas (Gary Berti).
