She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Chet Alberts and Helen Alberts; her husband Emilio "Mimi" Louis Fanjul; her siblings, Jane Kasse and Jim Alberts (Terry) of Bay Head, NJ.; and her daughters, Stephanie Fanjul, Christine Wicker, Susie Larcamp (Dan), Beth Sprague (John), Kate Downey (Brian) and Sarah Fanjul (Alex MacMoran). She was also cherished by 17 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren and 12 nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be sent to Grace Episcopal Church or to the Food Bank of Southern New Jersey.
