He was predeceased by: his sibling Michael McKelvey. He is survived by: his spouse Lorraine; his children, William T. McKelvey, Jr. and Danielle McKelvey-Teti (Matthew); his grandchildren, William T., III, Julia Marie McKelvey, Samuel Teti and Gemma Teti; and his siblings, Jerry McKelvey (Shirley), Thomas McKelvey (Marge) and Virginia Stakley (Steve). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
