He was predeceased by: his brother Robert Hofmann (Joan); and his parents, Richard and Charlotte. He is survived by: his wife Linda; his children, Richard (Christine), George (Nicole), Troy and Stacey Hofmann DiCostanzo (Pasquale); his grandchildren, Richie (Ryan), Joseph (Laura), Gianna DeStefano (Marco), Noelle, Reed (Katie), Brooke Hatzell (Jack), John and Sofia; his great grandchildren, Hannah and Maya; and his siblings, MaryAnn Marlowe (late Edward), William (Joan) and Charles (Cathy). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
