He was predeceased by: his parents, Nicholas Battiste and Mary; and his stepfather George Baglivo. He is survived by: his wife Carole; his children, Cheri Dalia (Michael), Cathleen Battiste Presutti (Chris) and Nicholas J. Battiste Jr. (Ryanna); his grandchildren, Jennifer, Nick, Chris, Elizabeth, Miles and Luca; and his great grandchildren, Paige of Marlowe, J. J., Desmond and Nicholas.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Healey Funeral Home (9 White Horse Pike, Haddon Heights, NJ 08035). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
