He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parent Haddon Heights; his children, Nancy Biroc (Cliff), Timothy Noonan, Barry Noonan (Marie), Susan Noonan and Gregory Noonan; his wife Margaret; his brother Harry of Randallstown, Maryland; his grandchildren, Rebecca White (Morgan), Alex, Kyle Noonan, Andrew, Catherine and Emily Biroc; and his siblings, Robert, Eleanor Troy and Catherine Williams. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
