He is survived by: his siblings, Joanna Bak, Linda Bak Houser and Robert Bak; his nephew Jacob Houser; his nieces, Kathryn Yurick, Melissa Bak and Alexandria Bak; his cousin Linda Delengowski; and his close friend Courtland Beakley.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:45 AM at the Evoy-Banasz Funeral Home (129 White Horse Pike, Haddon Heights, NJ 08035). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
