She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Peter C. S. Sime; her children, John Sime of Philadelphia, PA and Katie Sime of New York, NY; and her siblings, Anne R. Armetta (Paul), John H. Reisner, III and James L. Reisner (Martha).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in honor of Carol may be made to the First Presbyterian Church of Haddonfield, the First Presbyterian Church in Philadelphia, the Friends Select Lower School or to the Charity of One's Choice.
