He is survived by: his mother Louise Stephens, Sr. (Jackson); his wife Roxanne Ramnarine Stephens; his sisters, Athena "Tina" Henderson (Stephens) and Debra Stephens; his children, Tonya Alexia Stephens and William "Will" Stephens, III; his grandson Tavi Grazier; his stepchildren, Rochelle Ramnarine, Raheem Salley, Shannon Salley and Savannah Salley; his siblings-in-law, Herbert Grant and Marlene Grant (Hanelle Ramnarine); his godchildren, Shannon Smith and Jazmane Jenkins; and his friends, Arthur Tribble and Gary Dixon. He is also survived by Aunts, Uncles and Cousins.
