He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Everett and Sarah Edna; and his brother Russell. He is survived by: his wife Marlene Miklaw; his sons, Gary Brian Wack of East Stroudsburg, PA and Michael William Wack; his daughter-in-law Chrystal DePasquele Wack of Hackettstown, NJ; his daughter Jill Kathlene Kalenak; his son-in-law Joseph Kalenak; and his grandson Kaleb Lucas Kalenak of Hackettstown, NJ..
