He was predeceased by: his parents, Sigvald Reistad and Marie Reistad (Anderson); and his siblings, Kenneth, Roy, Dennis Reistad and Gerd Reistad.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Reistad (Falconer); and his children, Kim, Donna Reistad, Cathy (James DiBenard), Karen (Stephen Dellosso) and Robert J. Reistad. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, and 4 great grandchildren.
