He is survived by: his wife Florence Szawaluk (Polowy); his children, Kari Severinsen (Tim), Susan Szawaluk and Peter N. Szawaluk (Bailey); his grandchildren, Karly, Meredith, Christian, Taylen and Nickolas; and his pets, Lucy and Porter.
