He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Letsak and Barbara Louise Letsak Seiple. He is survived by: his wife Winona Letsak (Matlock); his daughters, Tonja Smith (Donald) and Tara Mourry; his grandchildren, Julie (Wesley) of White Township, Ryan of White Township, Nicholas of White Township, Matthew of White Township and Christopher of White Township; and his siblings, Pat Hanson, Russell and Jeffrey Letsak.
